International Chapters for Building Solutions, a new company in the field of cold iron construction, was established in 2019, but we have extensive knowledge in the field of civil and construction works, thanks to our cadres consisting of Iraqi and foreign national experience.
Our main goal in our construction is to add ideality, design and implementation in a way that the environmental impact is as minimal as possible. This is through our focus on saving energy through the concept of green solutions for the modern construction sector. Thus, we seek to provide the latest technologies and new solutions that will lead to diversification. Our facility spans various departments and production lines to provide our customers with not only a product but the best solutions for a long time.
Therefore, we focused specifically on the cold iron building system because we believe that it will be the future of construction, and through the studies presented and proven, it is a distinguished system. Another strong point that makes us believe in this system is the versatility that this product brings us and the creativity that gives our architects project time.
The main material used by us is light cold formed steel, and the system built with this steel is called LSF (Light Steel Frame), known to some and not known to many, and it is a system already used all over the world including the Gulf Cooperation Council countries where Their climatic conditions are similar to our climatic conditions in our country, Iraq.
